Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Before submitting your order please read carefully the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that follow, as these govern the supply of the Products you purchase through this website. By placing an order through the Dynamics Professional Solutions Online Store (“Online Store”), you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the Online Store.
Payment
Licenses that legitimate for an immediate product download can only be paid in advance, or by means of similar methods that ensure a certain level of security. Dynamics Professional Solutions reserves the right to accept or refuse individual methods of payment in particular cases. Should a payment be cancelled, withdrawn or become invalid at a later date, Customer has to bear all additional costs incurred by the cancellation. Should Customer not complete a payment with a period of 14 days, Dynamics Professional Solutions may withdraw from the purchase and cancel the order.
Delivery
Delivery happens via email in the form of a license key which is emailed to Customer after receipt of payment, or an equivalent notification from a trusted payment provider.
Trial Versions
Customer have the right to download free of charge a trial version of the product together with the demo license key.
Cancellation, Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products sold the right of return cannot be invoked. Withdrawal is only possible as long as the license key has not yet been sent. In this case, a simple informal email is sufficient to withdraw the purchase. It is at the responsibility of the Customer to gather sufficient information about the product, its particular fitness for the desired purpose and the software license agreement prior to submitting an order. Dynamics Professional Solutions provides comprehensive information on the website and offers fully functional demo downloads of the software for testing purposes.
Service and Support
Dynamics Professional Solutions endeavours to provide the best customer and technical support. For end-user Customers, Dynamics Professional Solutions promises that its support people will attempt to handle over the email any problem involving our products.
No Assignment
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the express written consent of Dynamics Professional Solutions.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and DPS agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
