VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT must be paid by all UK residents and residents of other European Community countries who are not registered for VAT. VAT must be charged at the rate applicable to the country of sale, this is the UK, where rate is 15.0%.

LICENSING
Per user licensing
You may purchase exactly as many licenses as you need regardless the number of active Microsoft CRM licenses you have. Although if you purchase less licenses then the number of CRM licenses you currently have, you will have to associate each license with the user. What it means in practice is that only named users will be able to use the product. If you need more licenses you can always purchase any number of additional licenses at any time.

Per organization licensing
Some of our products are licensed on per organization basis what means a single license is required in order to use the product.

Please note that our products are available via download only, and you will not receive a CD. Your order will most likely be processed within the next 12 hours, but please allow us up to 24 hours to send your registration key.
